In addition to the in-person SmileCon meeting, a limited virtual meeting was offered to those who didn't wish to (or couldn't) travel to Las Vegas, but still wanted a taste of what was happening. The platform was also available to SmilePass holders who attended the show. Both live and pre-recorded events were offered through the Virtual Meeting, in addition to downloadable handouts, exhibitor information and more.
We worked to create an online environment which would reflect the look and feel of the SmileCon brand, while maintaining a unique feel for those who chose to attend virtually. A close collaboration with ADA Senior Manager, Continuing Education Programs & ADA Studios, ensured that all of the requirements of our technology partners were considered and met. All banners, icons and imagery were created for this one-time online event.
